In August 2013, P.J. Noyes was acquired in a strategic partnership with Nipro Diagnostics, Inc. – a leading manufacturer and marketer of blood glucose monitoring products and diabetes management supplies. The company name was changed to Nipro Consumer Healthcare (DBA: P.J. Noyes Company). Nipro Consumer Healthcare manufactured oral glucose products and other lotions and creams for the diabetic consumer while remaining dedicated to serving its contract manufacturing customers in the markets of dietary supplements, OTC drugs, personal care products, homeopathic products, and veterinary products.
